December 22nd 2023, NCA, Nippon Cargo Airlines, held an award ceremony for staffs.
We have an operation called Crew Care in which we escort NCA crews and passengers.
One day, when one of our staffs was working, he found the mismatch of information about a passenger. If he couldn’t find the wrong information on the passenger, she might be refused to enter the US. Our staff prevented the problem before it got worse.
NCA recognized his work as “Nice Recovery” and he received the award. It is very honorable to be awarded like this for our daily operations.
